Returns & Exchanges
At Uoozee, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if a fit isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Uoozee account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
